Hard-disk portable XM radio

Delphi is releasing the MyFi, an XM-radio walkman with built-in hard disk. It will allow XM subscribers to time-shift XM content, since they are already paying subscription fees. I would imagine that it is impossible to pull the digital content off the drive, but there's always the analog hole...
