DeLay phone conversations with FAA released under FOIA

Remember when Democrats fled Texas to avoid the questionably-legal mid-term redistricting efforts by Texas Republicans? Remember how supposedly Tom DeLay ordered the FAA to help him track down the MIA Democrats, which was also probably an illegal use of the FAA? Well, EPIC (the Electronic Privacy Information Center) used a FOIA request to get the tapes of the calls between DeLay and the FAA, and it turns out it probably WAS illegal to use and mislead the FAA in the way that DeLay did.
